Your main duties:
- Support develop innovative ideas and solution proposals to meet complex business process requirements
- Prepares and supports the implementation of the systems and applications to the Business Requirements and IT Strategies
- Business Consulting, Conception of business processes and their implementation based on IT applications for in cooperation with the corresponding Business partners
- Responsible for project management in the respective areas (in quality, in time, in budget) for small projects following given JCI project management policies
- Implementation and Standardization of Business Processes in EMEA: Business Process Analysis, Conception, Implementation (Customizing and Coding), Documentation and User Training
- Establish relationship to users in the respective area being their trusted business partner, IT solution provider
- Implementation of project portfolios based on business priorities.
qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field
- Experience in IT preferable in Automotive Environment
- Profound knowledge of the respective area regarding systems and processes as well as basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience in business process management and in project management methods is beneficial
- Strong ability to explain IT concepts to business partners and good communication skills
- Acting and behaving open minded and showing strong social skills as well as ability to convince the business partners to follow best practices procedures and solutions
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages preferred.
