-Act as member of a team in charge of the full scope of refurbishment of primary and auxiliary pumps (disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, reassembly)
-Act as member of a team in charge of the full scope of refurbishment of primary reactor coolant pump motors (disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, reassembly)
-Continuous improvement of existing workshop procedures
-Support the shop team in permanently improving the shop organization and processes
-Act in a manner that safety and quality at all levels are a priority
-Learn the technical work to become independent technical control on P&M activities performed in Nivelles
-As necessary, support P&M Field Service activities to acquire experience to retrofit in his activities at the Nivelles Service Center (about 20 to 30% of his time)
