The DSM Excellence in Marketing and Sales (DEMS) department has been established to strengthen DSM's Marketing and Sales profile, providing functional excellence support and leadership to the Business Groups.

DEMS has the ambition to become a world class Marketing and Sales competence center and be the preferred solution provider for the Business Groups (BGs) in their drive for sustainable results. Within DEMS, People & Performance is a program that had been established in 2010 to support the Business Groups to enhance the optimization the marketing and sales workforce through individual capability development, improved performance management and increased customer orientation.

As a Senior Marketing Consultant you will report to the Program Director People & Performance.

Working in a team, the Senior Marketing Consultant will actively support the BGs to sustainably professionalize and/or improve their performance in the marketing and sales disciplines. This will be done by facilitating, challenging and coaching the BGs while applying the toolbox of the People & Performance Program.

Elements of the People & Performance program are the organization of change events, development of intervention techniques, definition of required competences and training / coaching programs at BU / BG and department level. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct M&S workforce assessment, focus on developing M&S skills, mindset and talent and implement M&S performance management.

As a project team member, you will be responsible to support the execution of projects in terms of budgets, time, quality, organization and information and ensure that the objectives, deliverables and milestones are met.
Also, you are expected to actively contribute to customer satisfaction through a thorough management of the project communication plans, in order to ensure that adequate information is provided timely to the relevant stakeholders.
