As a Management Consulting Consultant, your main task will be to understand and respond to business challenges of our customers. You will take part in the definition of business processes in a huge range of service companies.
Some of your responsibilities include:
-Investigate and analyze both, industry and client, to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Compile data and documenting customer business processes, personnel, technological capabilities and needs.
-Perform financial assessments to support to support the development of new processes and commercial architecture.
-Design and develop new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
-Develop communications, training and manuals to help support change management activities.
-Leaders a small team implementing the project components, depending on the scope of it, programming and budget.
-To support the growth of the practices by assisting with the new proposals and presentations.
qualifications
-0-5 years of experience.
-Good level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
-Availability for traveling.
-International experience / education a plus.
