Our two-day Energy Excellence event brings together engineering students, graduates and professionals and top recruiters from the nuclear, oil and gas industries.
A unique opportunity for first-round interviews and workshops with the people who can build your international career. By invitation only.

Invited candidates will have an opportunity to:

  • meet up with blue-chip companies in energy (nuclear, oil & gas,...)
  • talk directly with their representatives to understand their business and hiring requirements
  • be interviewed by the companies that have selected them before the event
  • attend company presentations and workshops
  • network with other high potential candidates

Target Group

Exceptional opportunities in energy (oil & gas, nuclear,...) for engineers with up to 5 years experience.

By invitation only

To be invited to the event, you first have to apply. To apply is very simple: you upload your CV (in English) and fill out a short career profile. Candidates who are selected by at least one of the participating companies or by the Careers International consultants will receive an invitation to attend the event. Apply now!

Selection process

Between 24-31 October
We review all applications and match yours against the pre-selection criteria that each participating company gives us. They are looking to interview specific types of candidates for specific jobs at the event. 

Between 31 October and 08 November
The companies get back to us with their selection. If a company selects you, we schedule an interview that will take place at the event between you and that company. Please note that the time of the interview will only be communicated to you when you arrive at the event.

Mid-November
The outcome of the selection process is communicated to you.

30 November - 01 December - at the event
You will have plenty of opportunities to meet all the attending companies to fix interviews if they are interested in your profile. Many of these ‘spontaneous’ interviews lead to job offers after the event.
