The Summit is a recruitment and networking event. The goal is to give candidates the opportunity to get to know the participating companies, to be interviewed by them and to interact and network with the other participants. Hopefully participating in the Summit, will result in a job offer

If you are already registered with Careers International your application is received immediately (please make sure to update your CV first!). If you are a new member, just follow the steps required for the registration. At the end you will be asked to upload your CV (max 200KB).
The selection process takes place in 3 phases
Not to worry. If your field of expertise is appropriate your application will still be taken into account. The number of years’ experience is simply for guidance and does not mean it is the general preference.
Some of the jobs are available on the Careers International website: just click on the “Jobs” button on this page to view them. This list is constantly being updated, so we recommend you check frequently. Other jobs are disclosed during the Summit. In fact, many companies prefer to get to know you and see what you could do for them instead of just offering a standardised job description.
It doesn’t matter: jobs available are just some of the possible vacancies a company may have. The purpose of the Summit is to allow companies to get to know you (and vice-versa), so that they can see if you would be a good fit to their company culture.
Yes. Some companies prefer pre-scheduled interviews before the Summit; others may well arrange interviews with the candidates spontaneously.
Only a few numbers of interviews are pre-scheduled. You can always request an interview during the Summit.

Yes. There will be a buffet lunch. Snacks, coffee and tea will be available throughout the day.
This Summit is also a networking opportunity. We recommend you to expand your personal and professional network with profiles similar to yours from all over Europe. Do not be shy and just talk spontaneously to others.
You will find plenty of variation. It may be that discussions are on a leading project, new technology, current business challenges or anything else. Many companies are looking for an exchange of views on a certain topic or matter relevant to their business.
Of course! You can tell colleagues and friends about this event if you believe they have a suitable CV.
The list of companies is constantly being updated throughout the application period. Generally we have 8 to 10 companies attending, many of them are returning participants.
Yes, you can still participate. The Summit lasts from 9:00 till 17:00, so you have plenty of time for networking with the companies attending, even if you arrive one or two hours behind schedule!
We will give you all the necessary information at the Summit during registration.
Careers International does not cover the costs of travel and accommodation. During the Summit, we are delighted to provide lunch and drinks and cover the costs of the companies attending
You can transfer 5 euros into our account and send proof of payment by email or you can scan your travel tickets, email this over to us and we will confirm your attendance.
No. Participation is free. We just require a 5 euro fee when you confirm your attendance to cover administration costs.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only attend the interview during the Summit.
No. Only a person who is on the Summit’s participant list is allowed to attend the Summit.
